The project consists of the conversion of a 24-story, 878-key hotel into 440 residential apartments located in the Columbus Circle neighborhood of Manhattan, NY. Construction work includes ADA and fire life safety upgrades, finish upgrades, layout changes, and full amenity space build-out. The project is currently under construction and is being developed by CSC Coliving. Dair’s involvement in the project includes due diligence, project monitoring, and general development advisory for the senior construction lender.
