The project consists of a 29-story luxury residential development that will contain 209 rental units within 230,000 square feet. The primary facade elements are a matte white in a tri-floor grouping while the intermediate floors are clad in a charcoal grey color. At the southeast corner of the tower, the vertical cladding system is pealed back exposing cantilevered balconies. The exterior balconies begin at floor 9 projecting & rotating as they ascend to the sky. The rooftop has outdoor amenity space along with a resident’s gym & lounge.
