The project consists of a 13-story luxury residential development that will contain 54 condominium units within 76,500 square feet. The building will be clad in light colored brick, light bronze metal panels, grey stucco and a window wall system with various setbacks, creating private terraces for select units. Amenities will include rooftop terrace, fitness center, resident lounge, outdoor recreation space and a parking garage.
