The project consists of a 395-unit, 675,000-square-foot luxury multi-family residential building with supportive retail. Amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center, resident lounge, chef’s kitchen, movie theater, jam room, and a dog grooming station. Dair’s involvement began in 2018, starting with feasibility studies and a highest and best-use analysis. Thereafter, we led efforts to rezone the property, gained site plan & permit approvals, and managed the entirety of the building’s design, procurement, and construction phases. The building is scheduled for completion in Fall 2024. Additionally, we are proud to have been retained for leasing and management of the property.
