The project consists of an 86-story luxury condominium development that will contain 273 luxury residential units within 303,261 square feet. Amenities include a resident's lounge, private dining room, catering pantry, screening room, relaxation room, swimming pool, sauna room, steam room, fitness center, residents' storage, common laundry room, and a 24-hour attended lobby. The building amenities are primarily located on the top three floors and provide residents with unobstructed views of the World Trade Center, the cityscape, and waterways. Dair’s involvement in the project includes due diligence, project monitoring, and general development advisory for the senior construction lender.
